On the 25th, Nami will receive a delivery. The first item is an inflatable pirate raft (bottom left design) meant for holding drinks! He's been inside her suite before, and he recalls seeing the huge indoor pool (complete with the equally huge waterslide). He also knows she's a drinker. Now the alcohol can float freely at her pool parties!
As for the second gift? It's a big paper map of Japan. He didn't get it framed or anything, because he figured she'd have other uses for it besides hanging it on her wall. In case it helps with your travel plans, he writes, remembering what she told him about the coordinates.
